We sell digital products (PDF ebooks, audiobooks) and physical products (paperback books printed on demand). Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Digital Products

• Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation
• Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads
• Digital products are for personal use only — redistribution is prohibited
• Due to the digital nature, refunds are not available once downloaded

4. Physical Products

• Physical books are printed on demand by Lulu and shipped directly to you
• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days (may vary by location)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Tracking information is provided once shipped

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Invoices are issued by Tawzer LLC.

6. Refund Policy

• Digital products: No refunds after download. If you experience issues, contact us
• Physical products: Refunds available for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery
• Bundles: Partial refunds not available — bundle must be refunded as a whole

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including books, audiobooks, cover art, and website design are owned by Tawzer LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tawzer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
